This is spread over twelve days; on each day one of the twelve fields of Ways to Quality is comprehensively addressed as to both principles and practical application.

Target group: co-workers and those who carry responsibility in an organisation; those responsible for the work with Ways to Quality within an organisation. All members of a community including those with special needs are welcome to participate either fully or in the parts, which are appropriate to the individual.
